Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct of prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from March 08, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till February 13, 2016.
