According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 2332.02 crore in futures and options segments on Friday, March 16, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 341.51 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 2503.60 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 229.14 crore, and they bought stock options worth Rs 59.21 crore.
