Technocraft Industries (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company shall consider a proposal of declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-2016 to the equity shareholders of the Company, being circulated to them on March 10, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from March 05, 2016 to March 14, 2016 or till 48 hours after the announcement of the dividend, whichever is later.
