Sita Shree Food Products has submitted a copy of Revised Financial Results (Segment Results) for the period ended December 31, 2015, due to a typographical error in the quarterly results, the figure i.e. ‘Interest and Financial Charges’ in Segment Results of Part II was not tallying with the Finance Cost in Part I due to which the difference in the Profit Before Tax under Part I and Part II occurred. All the other facts, figures and things remaining intact the error as detailed above is rectified.
