Blue Star has informed that the Company has fixed a Record Date of March 23, 2016 to determine the eligibility of shareholders of the Company for the purpose of interim dividend. Dividend will be paid on/after March 28, 2016 to those shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on March 23, 2016. The dividend would be paid to the shareholders of Blue Star Infotech Limited on a Record date so fixed after the Effective Date of the Amalgamation post receipt of the sanction of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court.
