Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE) has received an approval for acquisition of 100% equity stake in Fly By Wire International (FBW). The board of directors at its meeting held on March 14, 2016 has approved for the same.
FBW is engaged in the business as a service provider in the aviation industry providing services relating to managing/operating aircrafts, aircraft chartering services etc.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises is one of India’s leading television media and entertainment companies. It is amongst the largest producers and aggregators of Hindi programming in the world, with an extensive library housing over 120,000 hours of television content.
