With reference to the earlier letters dated December 23, 2015 and January 29 2016 intimating on the proposal to invest in White Data Systems India (White Data). Further to this, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has now informed that the Company has received an intimation on March 16, 2016 from White Data that it has been allotted 12,75,917 equity shares at a price of Rs 62.70 per share. Consequent to this acquisition, White Data has become a subsidiary of the Company with the aggregate holding of the Company in White Data constituting 63% with effect from March 16, 2016.
