Transport Corporation of India has informed that the Equity Shareholders of the Company at the Court Convened Meeting in their meeting held on March 19, 2016 has unanimously approved the scheme of arrangement between Transport Corporation of India and TCI Express and their respective shareholders and creditors. Further, the Company inform that the Un-Secured Creditors have at the Court convened meeting held on even date have also unanimously approved the above scheme.
