With reference to the earlier letter dated March 07, 2016, Gujarat Sidhee Cement has now informed that as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 07, 2016, the Company has received final call money of Rs 7.50 per share on 20,000,000 equity shares and accordingly the shares are now fully paid-up.
