FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per March 23 data: NSDL

23 Mar 2016 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity and in debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4998.54 crore against gross sell of 3868.23 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1130.31 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2195.41 crore with gross sales of Rs 1361.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 834.11 crore in debt.
