FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per March 19 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equities while they were net sellers in debt segments, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3490.30 crore against gross sell of Rs 2571.70 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 918.70 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 314.10 crore with gross sales of Rs 397.70 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 83.60 crore in debt.
