Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFC), one of the leading housing finance companies in India, has proposed to issue 250 Secured Non-Convertible Redeemable Debentures with a face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 25 crore on Private Placement basis.
This step will be taken pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company at the 31st Annual General Meeting held on July 23, 2015.
Dewan Housing Finance Corporation is among the oldest private sector Housing Finance Companies (HFC) in India.
