Greenply Industries has transferred its entire shareholding in Greenply Industries (Myanmar), to Greenply Alkemal (Singapore), a Joint Venture Company of Greenply Industries through its wholly owned subsidiary Greenply Trading (Singapore) and Alkemal (Singapore). Accordingly, Greenply Industries (Myanmar) has ceased to be wholly owned subsidiary company of Greenply Industries.

Greenply Industries is engaged in manufacturing of plywood, laminates, decorative veneers, particle boards and prelam particle boards/MDF.
