Shoppers Stop's wholly owned subsidiary Crossword Bookstores has closed two ‘Crossword’ store at Aurangabad and at Andheri in Mumbai. With the closing of these stores, there are now 86 Crossword stores.
Recently, Shoppers Stop’s Rohini store had received ‘VMRD Retail Design Awards, 2012’ on February 17, 2012.
Shoppers Stop is engaged in the retailing business. It runs a chain of departmental stores with brands including Shopper’s Stop, Home Stop, Crossword, Cafes and Restaurants etc.
