Religare Enterprises has completed its exit from its asset management joint venture, Religare Invesco Asset Management Company (RIAMC) and Religare Invesco Trustee Company (RITC). The transaction was closed on April 07, 2016.
Last year in November, the company and Invesco had entered into a definitive agreement to increase Invesco’s shareholding to 100% in the India asset management joint venture, Religare Invesco Asset Management Company (RIAMC).
