Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from April 15, 2016 to May 25, 2016, for the Directors / officials and Designated persons of the Company, who have already been informed to that effect.
