Bakhtyarpuri as the Company’s Compliance officer in keeping with the Regulation 10A of the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations. 1992. Further, Priyanka J Bakhtvsrpuri is a new appointment with effect from March 30, 2016 is a replacement in place of Natwarlal P Prajapati who has ceased to be the Company’s compliance officer with effect from March 30, 2016.
