Jagran Prakashan has informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has considered and approved the Scheme of arrangement between Suvi Info Management (Indore) and Company and their respective shareholders and creditors under sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Scheme). The Scheme is pending for approval from High Court of Judicature at Mumbai. The Scheme shall be effective from the date of filing of certified / authenticated copies of Orders of the High Courts with the Registrar of Companies Uttar Pradesh and Registrar of Companies at Mumbai, as applicable.
