Reliance Communications trades higher on the bourses

Reliance Communications is currently trading at Rs. 52.75, up by 1.30 points or 2.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 51.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 51.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 52.85 and Rs. 51.55 respectively. So far 890322 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 91.80 on 01-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 45.65 on 25-Aug-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 52.35 and Rs. 48.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12917.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.10% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.49% and 10.43% respectively.

IBM has partnered with Reliance Communications (RCom) to provide a complete portfolio of cloud services to customers. Through this alliance, RCom will be able to provide enterprises, especially the small and medium businesses (SMBs) a robust infrastructure platform to run their business applications. RCom has a client base of over 115 million, including over 39,000 large enterprises and SMBs across industries.

The company will not only offer IBM cloud infrastructure services to its customers but it has also launched new offerings designed to provide end-to-end integrated e-commerce services for India's SMB market-all running on the IBM cloud.

Reliance Communications is engaged in providing information and communications services. It provides telecom services for mobile and fixed line telephony. It offers code division multiple access (CDMA), global system for mobile (GSM), and 3G wireless services, wireline, voice, data, video, internet services.
