Visu International zooms as Visu Academy becomes its 100% subsidiary

Visu International is currently trading at Rs. 2.04, up by 0.09 points or 4.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 1.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2.33 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2.33 and Rs. 1.62 respectively. So far 15051 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4.09 on 08-Apr-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.30 on 23-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2.35 and Rs. 1.62 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 14.42% while Non-Institutions held 85.58%.

Visu International has received an approval to take 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each amounting to Rs five lakhs only, held by Visu Academy, to create a 100% subsidiary. The board at its meeting held on March 19, 2012 has approved for the same.
