The Trading Window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 was closed from April 01, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly the Trading Window will open on May 02, 2016 (1st May being Sunday).
