The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 84.05 valuing the transaction to Rs 22.13 crore. On the other hand, Norges Bank - Government Pension Fund Global has sold 26.10 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 84 through open market route.
HT Media is one of India’s foremost media companies, and home to three leading newspapers in the country in the English, Hindi and Business news segments - ‘Hindustan Times’ (English daily), ‘Hindustan’ (Hindi daily, through a subsidiary) and ‘Mint’ (business daily).
