Inox Wind has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 06, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, in terms of provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 29, 2016 till completion of 48 hours after the Audited financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
