Brand Realty Services has made investment of Rs 1,74,96,000 by acquiring 38,880 equity shares of Era Resorts, at a face value of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 440 per share, which amounts to 8.89% of total paid-up share capital of Era Resorts.
