Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company has informed that the Right Issue Committee of Director, authorized by board of directors, at its meeting on April 27, 2016 from 10:00 am to 10:30 am, has approved the allotment of 10,204,081 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Re 1 each at a price of Rs. 245 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs 244 per equity share) issued on a Right basis, to all eligible applicants who have subscribed to the said issue and whose applications were valid.
