Coromandel International has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2016 to July 26, 2016 for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 26, 2016. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 54 Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on July 26, 2016, will be paid on or after July 31, 2016 but within 30 days from the declaration of dividend at Annual General Meeting, as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.
