KPIT Technologies reports 76% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

KPIT Technologies has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.

The company has posted a rise of 23.34% in its net profit at Rs 67.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 as compared to Rs 54.66 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 1.31% at Rs 330.35 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 326.08 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

On consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 75.91% in its net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates at Rs 88.50 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 as compared to Rs 50.31 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY15. Total income of the company rose 7.94% at Rs 842.69 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 780.68 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2016, the company has posted a marginal rise of 0.25% in its net profit at Rs 201.91 crore as compared to Rs 201.41 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company increased 1.56% at Rs 1288.33 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1268.50 crore for the period ended March 31, 2015.

For the year ended March 31, 2016, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted rise of 18.78% in its net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates at Rs 281.50 crore as compared to Rs 236.99 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company has increased by 7.40% at Rs 3249.06 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3025.10 crore for the period ended March 31, 2015.
