Godrej Consumer Products has informed that on April 01, 2016, the Company had announced the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Strength of Nature LLC, USA, through a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which was subject to the approval of Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, USA. Further the Company has informed that, the approval has been received and the Company has now completed the acquisition, through a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
