Mafatlal Finance Company has informed that the Board of Directors are scheduled to meet on May 24, 2016 to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year Ended March 31, 2016. Notwithstanding the fact that the trading of the Company’s Shares are suspended, under the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain suspended from April 28, 2016 to May 25, 2016. The Trading Window will open on May 26, 2016.
