Inditrade Capital has received an approval to invest an amount of up to Rs 4 crore in Tree Microfinance, a company proposing to enter the business of microfinance, subject to regulatory approvals. Post such investment, Tree Microfinance will become a subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on April 29, 2016 has approved for the same.
