Physical Rubber prices declined on Friday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to 139/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 141.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety dipped to 137/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 139.50/ kg.
In the futures market, contract of May delivery weakened to Rs 138.19 compared to its previous closing of Rs 140.24, while June delivery closed at Rs 139.57 compared to its previous close of Rs 141.37 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
