JSL Industries has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 .Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for all 'Specified Persons' from May 05, 2016 to May 14, 2016.
