Further, in this connection and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, from May 17, 2016 to May 26, 2016, for all Directors and designated employees.
