With reference to the earlier letter dated April 22, 2016, informing that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the sale of investment in 23,30,120 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up of Aimco Pesticides at aggregate consideration of Rs 9,32,04,800, Excel Crop Care has now informed that pursuant to the said Board decision, the Company has sold the said equity shares to some of the existing co-promoters of Aimco Pesticides.
