Excel Crop Care has concluded the sale of its investment in 23,30,120 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up of Aimco Pesticides at aggregate consideration of Rs 9.32 crore to some of the existing co-promoters of Aimco Pesticides. The board of directors at its meeting held on April 22, 2016 has approved for the same.
