Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at 2,25,505.90 crore on May 09 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 40,01,072.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 17,589.07 crore, Stock Futures Rs 25,710.02 crore and Index Options Rs 1,67,792.24 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 14,414.57 crore.
For the day, the total F&O PutCall ratio stood 0.85 while Index Options PutCall ratio was 0.90 and that of Stock Options was 0.47.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Indian Overseas Bank (2.05), Indusind Bank (1.21), Eicher Motors (1.04), Container Corporation of India (1.00) aBD KPIT Technologies (1.00).
Among most active underlying, Hindustan Unilever witnessed An addition of 0.44 million of Open Interest in the May month futures contract, followed Reliance Industries witnessing an addition of 0.09 million of Open Interest in the May month contract; ICICI Bank witnessed an addition of 0.34 million of Open Interest in the May month contract, Yes Bank witnessed an addition of 0.41 million of Open Interest in the May month contract and Reliance Capital witnessed an addition of 0.73 million units of Open Interest in the May month's future contract.
