Further in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code of the Company from May 12, 2016 till May 18, 2016 and shall re-open on May 19, 2016.
