Raaj Medisafe India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held May 27, 2016, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. Further, the Trading Window as described in Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from May 13, 2016 to till the expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement.
