In pursuance of the above, as per the provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company adopted by the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing securities of the Company by the Insider will remain closed from May 11, 2016 to June 02, 2016.
