Indian Oil Corporation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016. Further, the Company also informed that final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16 may be considered at the aforesaid Board Meeting. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Indian Oil would remain closed from May 13, 2016 to May 29, 2016 for all connected persons as per the Insider Trading code of the Company.
