Nutraplus India has transferred its entire stake in its wholly owned subsidiary ‘Nutraplus Generic Medicines & Health Care Products’ to Mukesh Naik and Uday Desai. Due to said transfer, Nutraplus Generic Medicines & Health Care Products (Nutraplus Generic Medicines) ceased to be a subsidiary of Nutraplus India. The company has taken this step pursuant to the members resolution passed at Annual General Meeting dated September 30, 2015.
Nutraplus India was incorporated as a private limited company in February 1990. The company’s manufacturing unit was commissioned to make APIs and intermediates.
