FIIs net buyers of Rs 269.17 crore in futures and options segments on July 13

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 269.17 crore in futures and options segments on Wednesday, July 13, 2011.

FII’s were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 357.18 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 84.62 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 17.79 crore and they sold stock options to the tune of Rs 21.18 crore.

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on July 13, 2011 is 33.54%.
