GCV Services has received an approval to close down its wholly owned subsidiary ‘GCV Services FZE’ in UAE. The board at its meeting held on March 27, 2012 has approved for the above.
GCV Services was incorporated in 1994 as Gujarat Capital Ventures. Later on the company changed its name to GCV Services in November 2010. GCV is a full-service hotel management and housekeeping company with an objective of being a success story in progressive and successful hotel management and housekeeping industry.
