Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading (Code of Fair Disclosure) formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from May 19, 2016. The trading window will reopen on May 30, 2016.
