Strides Shasun has received an approval for divestment of its UK arm ‘Shasun Pharma Solutions, UK’ (SPSL) for an enterprise value of GBP 25 million amounting over Rs 240 crore. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 16, 2016 has approved for the same.
Strides Shasun (formerly known as Strides Arcolab) is engaged in manufacturing, sale and export of pharmaceutical products. It offers general tablets, hard gelatin and soft gelatin capsules, sachets, potent drugs and and semi-solids.
