National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) is expecting three redevelopment projects which will add Rs 25,000 crore to its kitty. The company is awaiting approval for three projects viz. Netaji Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, Nauroji Nagar and expects that the government will give its approval in the next two months. At present, the company is engaged in re-development of East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi, which is a Rs 5,000 crore project.
NBCC is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
