Orchid Pharma has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is proposed to be held on May 27, 2016, to approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the period from April 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016. As required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Insiders from May 18, 2016 to May 30, 2016.
