Oil & Natural Gas Corporation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter /year ended on March 31, 2016 and recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the year 2015-16, subject to approval of the shareholders. Further in terms of clause 10.1 of Company’s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in dealing with the Securities of ONGC ‘Trading Window’ shall remain closed for the designated persons from May 19, 2016 to May 28, 2016.
