Further, in compliance with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016, from May 26, 2016 to June 02, 2016 for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
