Further, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 19, 2016 to May 30, 2016 for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons.
